We’re now hiring a Learning Experience Designer to join our Product & Innovation team. You’ll play a vital role in shaping how our learning solutions are designed and delivered. If you’re creative, tech-savvy, collaborative, and obsessed with learner outcomes—this is your opportunity to craft powerful learning journeys at scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Design digital-first learning experiences aligned with our learning architecture and learner needs
  • Create engaging content using authoring tools and multimedia formats
  • Work across teams to bring new and existing products to life
  • Integrate AI and emerging tech (VR/AR, mobile, simulations) into learning design
  • Collaborate with instructional designers and product experts to deliver coherent, effective solutions
  • Use data and feedback to continuously improve learning experiences

What You Bring

  • Proven experience designing digital learning experiences
  • Hands-on integration of AI in learning design projects
  • Proficiency in tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar
  • Confidence working with LMS platforms and multimedia tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video/audio editors)
  • Understanding of emerging learning tech (VR, AR, interactive simulations)
  • Collaborative, feedback-driven mindset
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience
  • Experience using tools like Trello or Asana to manage learning design projects
