Maleda Tech is looking for a mid-level designer with strong visual craft to work on a high-traffic B2B marketing website.

This is a marketing and brand web design position rather than a product design role. You'll create polished, conversion-focused pages, evolve a Figma design system, and use analytics and experimentation to continuously improve the website.

What You'll Do

  • Design high-quality marketing pages and digital experiences.
  • Translate creative briefs into polished, on-brand web designs.
  • Build and maintain components within a Figma design system.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, analytics, and engineering.
  • Design accessible experiences following WCAG principles.
  • Use analytics, heatmaps, and session recordings to improve performance.
  • Design and evaluate A/B testing experiments.
  • Explore AI-assisted workflows to improve design-system consistency and efficiency.

What They're Looking For

  • 4–6 years of marketing or brand-focused web design experience.
  • Strong visual craft across typography, layout, and composition.
  • Portfolio featuring shipped marketing websites, ideally for B2B or SaaS companies.
  • Advanced Figma and design-system experience.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to move quickly without sacrificing design quality.

Experience with CRO, A/B testing, Hotjar, ContentSquare, AI-assisted design tools, or growth teams is a plus.

Contract Details

This is a 6-month, 40-hour/week W2 contract, with strong potential for extension.

Compensation is $65–$74/hour, plus medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
