OpenTrain AI is looking for Personalized AI Response Evaluators to review and assess AI-generated responses that use information from connected apps such as email, calendars, photos, and file management tools.
This role is ideal for people with strong analytical skills who enjoy reviewing content, spotting inconsistencies, and providing thoughtful feedback. Previous AI experience isn't required—your judgment and attention to detail matter most.
What you'll do
As an AI Response Evaluator, you'll help improve the quality of personalized AI systems by reviewing how they use contextual information to answer user requests.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating AI-generated responses for relevance, accuracy, and helpfulness.
- Reviewing how AI systems use information retrieved from connected applications.
- Comparing multiple AI responses and selecting the strongest overall result.
- Identifying incorrect personalization, unsupported assumptions, and factual inconsistencies.
- Writing clear feedback that helps improve future model performance.
- Following evaluation guidelines while maintaining privacy and confidentiality standards.
- Working independently to complete structured AI evaluation tasks.
What they're looking for
The ideal candidate will have:
- U.S. residency.
- Active use of email, calendar, photo, and file management applications.
- Enough account history to support contextual AI evaluations.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Excellent written English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Willingness to complete confidentiality, consent, and privacy requirements.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, content moderation, QA, or content review.
- Interest in Generative AI and large language models.
- Ability to compare nuanced outputs and explain decisions clearly.
