As a Principal Product Designer, you’ll be part of our senior-most design group—leading high-impact projects, setting the creative bar, and helping teams push past their comfort zones to create products that are not only functional but memorable.
What you’ll be doing
- Own the product experience from concept to delivery, combining UX, UI, and motion design to craft exceptional digital experiences.
- Drive quality across your projects, often serving as the sole Principal Designer and guiding both clients and colleagues toward better outcomes.
- Partner with brand teams to translate brand principles into tangible product experiences.
- Collaborate with design specialists, researchers, and strategists to explore and validate ideas through prototypes and storyboards.
- Work closely with engineers and product managers to ensure ideas are both innovative and buildable.
- Present work to clients and stakeholders with clarity, explaining the reasoning behind design decisions.
- Mentor and inspire other designers, contributing to an inclusive, growth-focused team culture.
- Share your craft and insights with the broader design community.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in UX, UI, and motion design at a senior level, ideally with a portfolio that shows breadth and depth.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, comfortable with daily feedback and design discussions.
- Experience leading design from early discovery stages to final execution.
- Ability to articulate design rationale and strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable working in highly iterative, cross-functional teams.
Bonus points
- Experience with 3D design tools or workflows.
