Principal Product Designer

Vimeo is looking for a Principal Product Designer to lead design for our Teams and Collaboration features. You will help shape the design vision for team adoption, member roles, content access, invitation flows, and permissions, supporting marketers, video professionals, SMBs, and enterprise users.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to create organizational models that align with Vimeo’s core use cases.
• Design simple, cohesive user experiences across web and mobile web, from concept to release.
• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes.
• Work with Customer Insights and Data teams to translate research and metrics into informed design decisions.
• Manage multiple projects, prioritizing tasks effectively while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Skills and experience:

• 7+ years as a Product, UX, or Interaction Designer.
• Strong visual design skills and experience with design systems.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Experience conducting user research and applying insights to design.
• Ability to communicate design rationale clearly to teams and leadership.
• Experience mentoring other designers and leading design initiatives.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product design work for web or native apps, including research and process.
