The Role
We’re looking for a highly user-focused Principal UX/UI Designer to take full ownership of the product experience. You’ll define the UX vision, create intuitive designs, and ensure every interaction is smooth and engaging.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the UX strategy and set consistent design patterns
  • Translate user needs into clear journeys, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data teams
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and refine designs
  • Monitor engagement metrics and iterate for continuous improvement

Requirements

  • 5+ years in UX/UI design, preferably for SaaS products
  • Expert-level Figma skills (wireframes, prototypes, component libraries)
  • Solid understanding of UX methods like journey mapping, A/B testing, and usability studies
  • Experience using analytics and user feedback to inform design decisions
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of design systems and scalable component libraries
  • Understanding of front-end constraints (HTML/CSS/JS)
  • Experience with behavioral design or persuasion psychology
