The Role:
As Product Design Lead, you’ll drive the design strategy and execution for Kin’s internal Support Tools. These systems power sales, claims, and customer support. You’ll lead high-impact initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and mentor a growing design team.
Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve agent-facing tools and experiences
- Design intuitive workflows for complex internal operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and validate solutions
- Prototype and test using Figma and user feedback
- Elevate design quality, influence systems, and ensure consistency
- Run design sprints and present ideas with clarity
- Mentor at least one other designer as the team grows
