Posh is looking for a Product Design Lead to help shape the future of AI-first tools in financial services. In this hybrid role, you'll lead a small design team while staying hands-on with core product design work. You’ll help create elegant, user-centered experiences for banks and credit unions as they modernize through AI.
Design is central to Posh’s mission—not just support. You’ll collaborate across product, engineering, and research to bring thoughtful, scalable solutions to life.
What You’ll Do
- Balance leadership and individual contribution (manage 1 designer + 1 researcher)
- Lead end-to-end design for key product areas—from discovery to delivery
- Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to align product goals and user needs
- Use research insights to drive design decisions
- Rapidly prototype and test using tools like Figma and AI-powered platforms
- Help scale the design system for consistency and quality
- Tackle complex design challenges with structured thinking and attention to detail
- Contribute to our approach to integrating AI into both product and internal workflows
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of experience in product design, with leadership or mentorship background
- Strong portfolio showing your impact on complex web or mobile products
- Deep understanding of UX, interaction design, and visual hierarchy
- Experience with design systems, user research, and AI-powered tools
- Startup mindset: flexible, fast-moving, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Excellent communication skills for design rationale and stakeholder alignment
- Bonus: experience designing AI interfaces, conversational products, or data-rich platforms
