Spotify is looking for a Product Designer to join its Advertising Product & Technology team. In this role, you'll help design the future of Spotify's advertising platform, creating intuitive experiences for advertisers while working on AI-powered tools, automation, campaign management, and data-driven products.
You'll collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and data scientists to solve complex design challenges and improve one of the world's largest advertising ecosystems.
What You'll Do
- Design end-to-end experiences for Spotify's advertising platform, including campaign creation, audience targeting, reporting, optimization, and measurement.
- Create intuitive interfaces for complex B2B products and AI-powered workflows.
- Contribute to scalable design systems with a strong focus on accessibility and consistency.
- Work closely with engineers to transform technical capabilities into user-friendly experiences.
- Build prototypes to validate ideas, interactions, and product concepts.
- Partner with researchers and data teams to better understand customer needs and improve product decisions.
- Help simplify internal tools and operational workflows.
- Contribute to a collaborative design culture focused on continuous improvement and design excellence.
What We're Looking For
- Around 3+ years of experience designing digital B2B products or complex SaaS platforms.
- Strong visual and interaction design skills.
- Experience working with design systems and scalable product interfaces.
- Ability to connect user needs with business objectives.
- Interest in AI, automation, and data-driven product experiences.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and navigating complex product challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience designing advertising technology or marketing platforms.
- Knowledge of monetization products or internal operational tools.
- Previous experience contributing to large-scale design systems.
