Design the future of mobile banking for entrepreneurs
Mercury is looking for a Senior Product Designer to define the next generation of its native mobile experience across iOS and Android.
Rather than adapting existing web experiences, you'll help shape what modern business banking should feel like on mobile—creating fast, intuitive, and beautifully crafted experiences built specifically for native platforms.
Working alongside an experienced engineering team, you'll have the opportunity to influence product strategy while raising the bar for interaction design, visual quality, and mobile craftsmanship.
What you'll be working on
As part of Mercury's mobile product team, you'll:
- Own the end-to-end vision for Mercury's native mobile experience.
- Design intuitive interactions for iOS and Android.
- Create polished interfaces, animations, and mobile-first user experiences.
- Lead product initiatives from early concepts through launch.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and senior Engineers.
- Help evolve Mercury's Design System across mobile platforms.
- Improve design quality through thoughtful interaction and visual design.
- Advocate for a native-first approach to product design.
Who they're looking for
This role is ideal for designers who enjoy building complex products instead of simply designing individual screens.
You'll likely be a great fit if you have:
- 6–8+ years of Product Design experience.
- Strong experience designing native iOS and/or Android applications.
- A portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual craft and interaction design.
- Experience working on complex digital products and scalable systems.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- The ability to lead projects independently in fast-moving environments.
- A passion for creating experiences that fully embrace native mobile capabilities.
