Splunk is hiring a Product Designer to focus on dashboard and data visualization experiences. You'll design tools that help users find insights and tell stories with their data, working closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, user-centered dashboard workflows
- Create prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and user researchers
- Use and contribute to Splunk’s design system
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Communicate complex technical ideas through clear design
- Ensure smooth handoff of designs to engineering
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX/Product Design (or equivalent mix of experience and education)
- Strong skills in Figma, Miro, and prototyping
- Experience with data visualization and B2B tools
- Solid understanding of design systems
- Strong communication and remote collaboration skills
- Proven ability to ship production-ready designs
Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS or enterprise platforms
- Background in statistics or data storytelling
- Familiarity with admin workflows in SaaS environments
Location
Remote from select U.S. states (TX, CO, FL, IL, NC, NV, OR)
Compensation
Base salary range: $107,000 – $141,300 USD
(Plus annual bonus, equity, and benefits)
