About the Role
As a Product Designer on the Dashboard team, you will design, prototype, and enhance core Stripe Dashboard experiences. Your work will ensure that every merchant, regardless of size or complexity, finds Stripe intuitive, efficient, and tailored to their needs.
Responsibilities
- Design and prototype user-centered dashboard experiences for web and mobile
- Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, engineers, researchers, and content designers
- Translate insights into high-quality, testable designs that are ready to ship
- Participate in design reviews and contribute to a strong feedback culture
- Balance competing priorities to solve both user and business needs
Who You Are
- 5+ years of product design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality, user-centered UI experiences
- Experienced in cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and leadership
- Able to manage multiple priorities while keeping user experience at the forefront
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience designing for B2B or fintech products
