- Collaborate closely with engineers, PMs, and fellow designers.
- Design and ship high-quality experiences across web-based workflows.
- Prototype, test, and refine ideas that improve the designer–developer handoff.
- Craft simple, elegant solutions to technically complex problems.
- Provide and receive mentorship within a strong, collaborative design culture.
Potential Projects

- Connect Figma design systems directly to code components in Dev Mode.
- Enhance tools for developer adoption and integration into existing workflows.
- Explore AI-driven solutions to accelerate the design-to-code process.
- Contribute to the long-term vision for Figma’s developer platform.
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have
- 3+ years of experience in product design.
- Experience designing complex or large-scale software products.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools.
Bonus Points
- Deep attention to visual craft—composition, layout, and typography.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS, prototyping tools, or advanced Figma features (Auto Layout, Variables, Components).
- Experience designing for developers or creating canvas-based interfaces.
- Background in both design and development.
