Jellyfish is seeking a talented Product Designer to craft exceptional experiences for engineering leaders. As our user base grows, the need for insightful, user-centered designs is greater than ever. We're looking for a designer who thrives in dynamic, fast-changing environments and can translate complexity into scalable, simple solutions.
At Jellyfish, Product Designers are key players within our Product/Engineering/Design triad, collaborating closely to shape the user experience and drive product direction. We need someone who can help define a product vision, understand its value to customers, and creatively bring that vision to life.
What You'll Do:
- Contribute to the development of clear product strategies and storytelling
- Play a central role in product decisions, collaborating with customers and leadership
- Own strategic initiatives in partnership with product management, engineering, and research
- Design, iterate, and collaborate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
- Ship impactful product improvements with attention to detail
- Support the growth and efficiency of our team through improved internal practices and processes
What You Need to Excel:
- Experience as a product-focused digital designer
- Ability to simplify complex user problems with elegant design solutions
- Expertise in data visualization and deriving insights
- Strong prototyping skills to communicate design decisions clearly
- Experience working independently, taking concepts from ideation to execution
- Proven track record of using customer feedback (research, testing, and discussions) to inform design decisions
- Experience managing complex projects across multiple teams

- Familiarity with software engineering practices and processes
- A creative mindset, with a knack for finding simple, innovative solutions
- Strong visual design skills, with attention to detail and a passion for UI
- The ability to break down ambiguous problems and create clear, actionable goals
