They’re hiring a Product Designer to help shape the next generation of tools for business owners—creating seamless, empowering experiences in a fast-evolving SaaS product.

What you’ll do

  • Lead design within a cross-functional squad (Product, Engineering, Data)
  • Create intuitive UX and elegant UIs that help small business owners connect and grow
  • Turn user insights into thoughtful, scalable solutions
  • Participate in regular member research to inform your work
  • Contribute to team culture, design process, and product strategy
  • Work in fast iteration cycles and ship with impact

What they’re looking for

  • 2–4 years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products
  • Portfolio with shipped work and clear process-thinking
  • Experience working closely with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency with Figma and design systems
  • User-first mindset and a bias for learning and ownership
  • Bonus: Experience designing for small business users or social platforms

Core skills

  • User research and usability testing
  • Wireframing, prototyping, and journey mapping
  • Data-informed UX design
  • Ability to simplify complex tasks for non-tech-savvy users
  • Strong communication and context-switching skills
