They’re hiring a Product Designer to help shape the next generation of tools for business owners—creating seamless, empowering experiences in a fast-evolving SaaS product.
What you’ll do
- Lead design within a cross-functional squad (Product, Engineering, Data)
- Create intuitive UX and elegant UIs that help small business owners connect and grow
- Turn user insights into thoughtful, scalable solutions
- Participate in regular member research to inform your work
- Contribute to team culture, design process, and product strategy
- Work in fast iteration cycles and ship with impact
What they’re looking for
- 2–4 years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products
- Portfolio with shipped work and clear process-thinking
- Experience working closely with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with Figma and design systems
- User-first mindset and a bias for learning and ownership
- Bonus: Experience designing for small business users or social platforms
Core skills
- User research and usability testing
- Wireframing, prototyping, and journey mapping
- Data-informed UX design
- Ability to simplify complex tasks for non-tech-savvy users
- Strong communication and context-switching skills
