Most men don’t talk about their health—until they’re forced to. At Everyman Health, we make it easy for men to take action earlier. We offer science-backed, end-to-end treatment solutions, delivered discreetly and designed for simplicity. Our mission: help men take control of their health with confidence.
We’re building Switzerland’s leading tech-enabled health and performance platform for men—with plans to expand across Europe. Our founding team brings experience from Google, McKinsey, Stripe, Tidal, and Oviva.
The Role
We’re looking for a Product Designer to lead the design of Everyman’s customer experience—from landing pages to diagnosis flows, checkout, packaging, and post-purchase journeys.
You’ll work closely with our founding team to shape user flows across the full journey. We don’t work with rigid specs. Instead, you’ll take ownership, uncover user insights, and translate them into high-performing design solutions.
What you’ll do
- Own the visual design: From layout to typography, create clean, modern interfaces that build trust and make an impact.
- Boost conversions: Improve our 18-step medical funnel, landing pages, and checkout through research, testing, and iteration.
- Improve retention: Design better post-purchase experiences, including MyPatient and email flows.
- Build scalable systems: Establish a cohesive design system for long-term growth.
- Work across teams: Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and product to elevate the user experience.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI, especially in e-commerce, healthtech, or D2C
- Proven results in conversion optimization and landing page performance
- Experience designing post-purchase and retention flows
- A strong portfolio with conversion-focused digital products
- Proficiency with Figma and UX research tools
- A structured thinker who can turn complex problems into actionable designs
- Comfortable working independently and asynchronously
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)
Bonus points
- Experience in healthcare or digital health
- Background in subscription-based products
- Previous work in fast-paced startups
- Willingness to occasionally travel to Zurich
What we offer
- Competitive salary
- Remote-first culture or option to work on-site in Zurich
- A tight-knit, mission-driven team
- Real patient impact—your work will directly improve lives
- Opportunity to shape the design direction of a fast-growing startup
