We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who can bring clean, modern design to complex professional workflows. You’ll play a key role in shaping a collaborative, intuitive experience that truly delights our users.

What you’ll do

  • Design and iterate on intuitive user experiences for our web-based product
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and design specs from idea to execution
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to guide design decisions
  • Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure design quality and consistency
  • Contribute to and maintain our evolving design system
  • Present your work and rationale clearly to cross-functional teams
  • Embrace and offer constructive design critique to continuously improve

What we’re looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in product design, UX, or interaction design
  • A strong portfolio showcasing professional web app design and modern UX thinking
  • Deep knowledge of Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience working in agile or scrum environments
  • Comfortable working with front-end languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (basic understanding)
  • Ability to communicate design ideas clearly through wireframes, journey maps, and specs
  • Strong collaboration skills and an openness to feedback

Nice to have

  • Experience with 3D software, CAD, BIM tools, or gaming platforms
  • Background or interest in architecture, interior design, or structural engineering
  • Experience designing AI/ML-powered workflows
  • Front-end development proficiency
