We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who can bring clean, modern design to complex professional workflows. You’ll play a key role in shaping a collaborative, intuitive experience that truly delights our users.

What you’ll do
- Design and iterate on intuitive user experiences for our web-based product
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and design specs from idea to execution
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to guide design decisions
- Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure design quality and consistency
- Contribute to and maintain our evolving design system
- Present your work and rationale clearly to cross-functional teams
- Embrace and offer constructive design critique to continuously improve
What we’re looking for
- 8+ years of experience in product design, UX, or interaction design
- A strong portfolio showcasing professional web app design and modern UX thinking
- Deep knowledge of Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience working in agile or scrum environments
- Comfortable working with front-end languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (basic understanding)
- Ability to communicate design ideas clearly through wireframes, journey maps, and specs
- Strong collaboration skills and an openness to feedback
Nice to have
- Experience with 3D software, CAD, BIM tools, or gaming platforms
- Background or interest in architecture, interior design, or structural engineering
- Experience designing AI/ML-powered workflows
- Front-end development proficiency
