Design the tools that power user research.
At User Interviews, we believe better products come from talking to real users. That’s why we build tools that help teams recruit and manage participants for research—fast and effectively. We work with top companies like Spotify, Atlassian, and Amazon. Now, we’re looking for a Product Designer to help us craft intuitive, scalable solutions that make user research easier for everyone.
About the role
As part of a cross-functional product pod, you'll own the full lifecycle of design work—from early discovery and research to implementation and refinement. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, data analysts, and other designers. You’ll report to the Director of Product Design and help shape the user experience across a core area of the platform.
This role is remote (U.S. only) and full-time.
What you’ll do
- Lead discovery efforts to identify user pain points and new opportunities
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals in Figma
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure solutions are viable and scalable
- Conduct evaluative research with support from the Research team
- Improve and expand the design system for consistency and accessibility
- Uphold a high design standard in everything we ship
What we’re looking for
- 4–7 years of experience in UX/Product Design
- Strong portfolio with responsive web applications (SaaS experience preferred)
- Skilled in Figma and working with design systems
- Comfortable owning large projects and contributing to team-wide initiatives
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and working with data
- Great communication and collaboration skills
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)
Bonus points if you have
- Experience with Continuous Discovery practices
- Familiarity with WCAG and accessibility standards
- Front-end development knowledge
- Experience contributing to or managing design systems
Compensation & benefits
