GoodNotes is reimagining digital note-taking by combining human creativity with AI. Join their B2B team to design tools for schools, universities, and businesses. You’ll work on onboarding, access control, and collaboration workflows—building a scalable product for team-based productivity.
Location: Remote across Europe (or optionally work from Hong Kong or London). Async-first culture with at least 4 hours of overlap with your team.
What You’ll Do
- Design complete experiences for B2B workflows: account creation, admin portals, access control, and team collaboration
- Own the UX for platform features like subscription management and user roles
- Translate client needs into intuitive and scalable design flows
- Create journey maps, prototypes, flows, and detailed specs
- Work closely with engineering to ensure design intent is fully realized
- Contribute to and evolve the design system for team-based tools
- Support the growth of the B2B design practice through mentorship and collaboration
What They’re Looking For
- 5+ years of product design experience, ideally with complex systems or enterprise tools
- Experience designing for organizations: dashboards, admin panels, permission systems
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates system thinking and clear interaction design
- Ability to lead projects through discovery, iteration, and delivery
- Clear communication and the ability to balance stakeholder input
- High standards for usability and visual design
- Comfort with ambiguity and a hands-on, proactive mindset
Nice to Have
- Experience with SaaS, workplace collaboration tools, or productivity platforms
- Familiarity with enterprise access management and compliance
- Experience with design systems in multi-user environments
- Growth or conversion optimization experience
- Mentorship or team-building experience
