GoodNotes is reimagining digital note-taking by combining human creativity with AI. Join their B2B team to design tools for schools, universities, and businesses. You’ll work on onboarding, access control, and collaboration workflows—building a scalable product for team-based productivity.

Location: Remote across Europe (or optionally work from Hong Kong or London). Async-first culture with at least 4 hours of overlap with your team.

What You’ll Do

  • Design complete experiences for B2B workflows: account creation, admin portals, access control, and team collaboration
  • Own the UX for platform features like subscription management and user roles
  • Translate client needs into intuitive and scalable design flows
  • Create journey maps, prototypes, flows, and detailed specs
  • Work closely with engineering to ensure design intent is fully realized
  • Contribute to and evolve the design system for team-based tools
  • Support the growth of the B2B design practice through mentorship and collaboration

What They’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of product design experience, ideally with complex systems or enterprise tools
  • Experience designing for organizations: dashboards, admin panels, permission systems
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates system thinking and clear interaction design
  • Ability to lead projects through discovery, iteration, and delivery
  • Clear communication and the ability to balance stakeholder input
  • High standards for usability and visual design
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a hands-on, proactive mindset

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SaaS, workplace collaboration tools, or productivity platforms
  • Familiarity with enterprise access management and compliance
  • Experience with design systems in multi-user environments
  • Growth or conversion optimization experience
  • Mentorship or team-building experience
