About Limble
Limble helps organizations optimize their maintenance operations through a powerful software platform. Their comprehensive CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) supports everything from preventive maintenance to inventory management, driving operational excellence and boosting productivity.

About the Role
Limble is looking for a Product Designer focused on Design Systems to lead the definition, development, and scaling of their design system across mobile and web products. This role owns the design system end-to-end, creating components, patterns, and guidelines that ensure a consistent, accessible, and high-quality user experience.

You’ll work closely with product designers, engineers, marketing, and branding teams to build intuitive, scalable solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about design systems, with experience in both B2B mobile and web product design, and a good understanding of front-end development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and ongoing evolution of Limble’s Design System across all platforms.
  • Build and maintain Figma libraries for reusable UI components compatible across iOS, Android, and web/desktop.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define components, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Partner with engineers to ensure smooth design-to-code workflows and pixel-perfect implementation.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and continuously seek improvements.
  • Ensure accessibility and inclusivity are integral to the design system and product experience.
  • Promote and scale adoption of the design system by mentoring team members and establishing governance for consistency and flexibility.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 3 years of experience in product and UI design, with a strong emphasis on design systems and scalable solutions.
  • Expertise in Figma, including library and design token management.
  • Proven ability to design high-quality interfaces across mobile and desktop platforms.
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working with design, engineering, product, and brand teams.
  • Knowledge of front-end development concepts and design-to-code workflows.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to simplify complex ideas and influence teams.
  • Data-informed approach to guide design decisions.
  • Portfolio demonstrating your contributions to design systems, including style guides, component libraries, or documentation.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary between $110,000 and $140,000, based on experience.
  • Fully remote work opportunity.
  • Stock options and flexible PTO.
  • Paid company holidays and parental leave.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Employer-paid life and disability insurance.
  • Company match for HSA and 401(k).
  • Wellness stipend and learning development reimbursement.
  • Pet insurance.
