Geordie is looking for an experienced Product Designer to help build innovative tools that enable enterprises to monitor, manage, and govern their AI agents.

As part of a growing design team, you'll create intuitive experiences for complex AI governance and security challenges, transforming technical information into clear, actionable interfaces.

You'll work closely with engineers and customers, taking ownership of the entire design process, from research and early concepts to implementation and continuous improvement.

This is an opportunity to join a Series A startup where design plays a central role in product strategy, technical collaboration, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design of core product features, from discovery and ideation to launch and iteration.
  • Design intuitive interfaces for complex B2B SaaS applications involving AI governance, security, and data visualization.
  • Develop and maintain scalable design systems, including components, design tokens, patterns, and documentation.
  • Conduct customer interviews, usability testing, and research to inform product decisions.
  • Collaborate directly with engineers to prototype, refine, and implement product experiences.
  • Use AI-powered tools to accelerate prototyping, explore design solutions, and contribute to product development.
  • Help shape the company's visual identity, ensuring consistency between its brand and product.
  • Contribute to product strategy, feature prioritization, and problem definition.
  • Continuously improve existing experiences based on customer feedback and product insights.

Requirements

  • Significant professional experience in product design, supported by a portfolio demonstrating complex UX problem-solving.
  • Proven experience designing sophisticated B2B SaaS products, particularly data-intensive applications.
  • Strong expertise in information architecture, interaction design, and data visualization.
  • Experience across the full product design lifecycle, including research, wireframing, prototyping, high-fidelity design, and developer collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of design systems, reusable components, and scalable interface architecture.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly experiences.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Strong product thinking and confidence in challenging assumptions and defining solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience designing security platforms, developer tools, or enterprise software.
  • Familiarity with AI agents, observability tools, or AI governance technologies.
  • Experience creating and maintaining design system components and documentation.
  • Skills in visual identity, branding, illustration, or marketing design.
  • Basic frontend development knowledge or experience using AI coding tools.
  • Previous experience working in an early-stage startup.
