Product Designer

Prompt.io is the winning and influence engine for political campaigns, unions, advocacy organizations, and government teams. We’re looking for a Product Designer to help us build intuitive, elegant user experiences that drive real-world impact.

What You’ll Do

• Design and refine features across our platform in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to bring ideas to life
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and iterate on designs
• Apply responsive and accessible design best practices across web and mobile
• Contribute to and maintain our design system for consistent, scalable UI
• Present your work clearly and advocate for design decisions aligned with user needs and business goals

What We’re Looking For

• 0–10 years of experience in product, UX/UI, or interaction design
• A strong portfolio that shows your design thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Figma or similar design/prototyping tools
• Experience designing for complex SAAS products (especially with dynamic workflows)
• Clear, collaborative communication skills across teams
• Interest in or experience with AI-powered tools (e.g. Replit, Cursor)

Bonus Points For

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS or working in agile environments
• Understanding of analytics tools to inform design decisions

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $60,000–$100,000
