Join a growing global design team and help shape the future of a cybersecurity scale-up. As a Product Designer, you'll own end-to-end design for key areas of a widely used product, working cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and other teams.
You’ll focus on creating thoughtful, scalable design solutions and contributing to a high-performance design culture. The role offers autonomy, strategic influence, and the chance to design at scale.
Responsibilities
- Own the full design lifecycle for features in a global SaaS product
- Drive design vision, strategy, and research in your product domain
- Conduct customer/stakeholder interviews to guide design decisions
- Champion design planning, process, and best practices
- Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, marketing, and sales
- Develop impactful solutions to complex UX and visual design problems
- Track KPIs to ensure product design aligns with business goals
- Balance innovation with practical shipping timelines
- Work in close partnership with remote, cross-timezone teams
Requirements
- 2+ years of product design experience in SaaS
- Strong portfolio showcasing design systems, UX thinking, and UI aesthetics
- Experience in both B2B and B2C SaaS environments
- Solid skills in visual design, interaction design, and UX research
- Understanding of web and mobile technologies; coding experience a plus
- Startup experience highly valued
- Excellent communication, detail orientation, and aesthetic judgment
- Strong Figma skills (and other industry tools)
- Passion for launching new features with measurable user impact
- Willingness to collaborate with global teams (manager based in England)
