Purpose of the Role

We’re hiring a Product Designer to lead the design of a new self-service portal that delivers a simple, effective experience for our users. You’ll also help improve internal tools like CRM, ERP, and medical billing systems—making daily workflows more intuitive, efficient, and scalable for our internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Design intuitive and consistent user experiences across web and mobile platforms
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify pain points and opportunities
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate ideas clearly
  • Maintain and evolve a scalable internal design system
  • Ensure accessibility compliance in design work (WCAG 2.1+)
  • Work closely with developers to ensure high-quality implementation
  • Design onboarding flows and support materials for internal tool adoption
  • Stay up to date on enterprise UX trends and best practices

Requirements

  • Strong portfolio with examples of enterprise tools or internal systems
  • Proficiency in Figma (HTML/CSS familiarity is a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of accessibility principles
  • Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills
  • Self-starter with attention to detail and ownership mentality
  • Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Interaction Design, or related field preferred; equivalent experience also considered

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $77,000–$82,000/year
