What You’ll Do
- Own the full design process: research, flows, wireframes, UI
- Collaborate with product and engineering on roadmap and long-term vision
- Evolve and maintain Rillet’s design system
- Understand complex workflows in finance and translate them into intuitive experiences
- Invent new interaction models for finance/accounting software
What They’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in product design at tech companies
- Skilled in both UX strategy and polished UI execution
- Strong systems thinking — able to simplify complex concepts
- Clear communicator across cross-functional teams
- Curious, inventive, and willing to challenge the status quo
