Role Overview
We’re looking for a Product Designer to lead design across all stages — from research and flows to wireframes and UI design. You’ll collaborate closely with the CTO, product, and engineering teams to build industry-defining accounting and finance software. This is a remote-first role with opportunities for travel to team events.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full design process: user research, product flows, wireframing, UI design
- Collaborate with product and engineering to balance short-term goals and long-term vision
- Enhance and maintain Rillet’s design system
- Understand user goals, business needs, and technical constraints shaping the product
- Innovate new interaction paradigms in finance and accounting
Requirements
- 3+ years leading design teams in product-driven tech companies
- Experience across the entire design process, from discovery to delivery
- Ability to visualize complex systems, from finance concepts to design components
- Challenge the status quo and bring diverse inspiration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with teams and customers
