DevRev is looking for a Senior Product Designer to help define the future of human-AI collaboration in enterprise software. You’ll lead complex design systems, mentor fellow designers, and shape meaningful experiences across the platform.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the design of complex features and product areas
- Build scalable design systems and UI patterns
- Drive and conduct user research to guide product direction
- Solve systemic UX issues and refine product flows
- Collaborate with product and engineering leadership
- Mentor and support other designers on the team
What You Bring
- 8–10 years of product design experience
- Expert in modern design tools and systems thinking
- Strong grasp of information architecture and UX best practices
- Experience leading multi-stakeholder design projects
- Clear communicator and confident presenter
- Ability to turn business challenges into user-centered solutions
