About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Designer who thrives in complexity and is eager to take ownership of both day-to-day design execution and high-level product strategy. In this role, you’ll work across our core experiences—like our AI Copilot and Product Library—helping shape the future of compliance tools for the construction industry.

You’ll join a collaborative team where design quality and usability are top priorities. This is a great opportunity for a senior-level designer who wants to work in a design-forward company where your work has direct, tangible impact.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end design of key product features—from discovery and research through visual polish and implementation.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering, contributing to planning, feedback sessions, and feature launches.
• Conduct user research, using both qualitative and quantitative methods to uncover insights and validate design decisions.
• Contribute to and evolve our design system, improving consistency and usability across the platform.
• Partner with Marketing on key initiatives to ensure visual and experiential alignment across product, brand, and website.
• Own and drive projects independently, while staying aligned with the broader product and design strategy.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience designing responsive web applications, ideally in a SaaS or B2B environment.
• A strong focus on usability and accessibility, demonstrated through your design portfolio.
• Skilled in user research and testing, including interviews and data analysis.
• A self-starter who is comfortable managing projects independently in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience working with or contributing to design systems.
• A passion for clean, thoughtful design and a bias toward action—you believe in iterating fast and learning from users.
• Bonus: Experience designing complex, information-dense tools or working in specialized industries.
