Product Designer

Nen Creative is an interdisciplinary design studio accelerating early-stage startups through brand, design, and marketing. Since 2022, we’ve partnered with top founders and institutions including Amazon, Pear VC, Andreessen Horowitz, and more. We’re growing quickly and looking for talented designers to join our team.

About the Role
As our second Product Designer, you’ll help build the motion studio of our dreams—fast-moving, design-led, and trusted by top clients. You’ll work closely with a small, focused team creating high-impact product, brand, and marketing designs that shape how tomorrow’s companies communicate and grow.

What You’ll Do

• Design thoughtful, user-centered interfaces with strong visual clarity
• Craft clean layouts with attention to typography, hierarchy, and interaction
• Own projects and drive them independently in a fast-paced, iterative environment
• Collaborate across disciplines to create cohesive product and brand experiences

What We’re Looking For

• Strong portfolio showcasing product design work and thoughtful UI/UX decisions
• Proficiency in Figma; familiarity with motion tools (e.g., After Effects) is a plus
• Sharp eye for detail in layout, typography, and interaction design
• Ability to work independently and manage projects in a dynamic environment

Bonus Skills

• Experience collaborating on marketing or brand design projects
• Knowledge of motion design, prototyping, or lightweight 3D tools (e.g., Spline, Framer)
• Storytelling skills through UI flows, product launches, or visual narratives
• Background working in startups, studios, or creative agencies
