Product Designer

We’re a small studio with a sharp point of view. Rather than chasing scale, we focus on creating meaningful digital experiences—brands and products that stand out with intention, not noise. We've worked with companies of all sizes, including billion-dollar startups (the unicorn kind), while staying deliberately lean and creatively independent.

We’re seeking a Product Designer who’s excited about crafting what’s next. Someone who blends strategic thinking with refined design sensibility—curious, unconventional, and ready to challenge the status quo with clarity and care.

The Role
This is not a plug-and-play production job. You’ll work closely with our Art Director and creative team to:

• Create thoughtful, purpose-driven digital experiences
• Design systems that combine brand, UX, and interaction in cohesive ways
• Translate complex ideas into intuitive, personality-filled interfaces
• Prototype quickly while preserving design integrity
• Contribute to client work and internal tools and products
• Stay hands-on with new tools and technologies (including AI) to amplify—not replace—craft
• Bring curiosity, depth, and clear thinking to everything you make

What We’re Looking For

• A portfolio that shows strong digital product work—original, intentional, and well-crafted
• Proficiency in Figma
• Open collaboration style, with strong communication skills
• Sharp attention to detail and love for clarity
• Strategic mindset—you understand the “why” behind the design
• Comfort with remote work and async collaboration
• Fluent in English, written and spoken

Compensation

• Monthly retainer: $5,000–$7,500 USD (based on experience and capability)
• Contract through the end of the year
