Product Designer

LaunchDarkly is seeking a talented and curious Product Designer to elevate our core Feature Management and Enterprise experiences. You’ll design powerful, clear workflows that help developers and enterprise teams manage software releases smoothly—balancing technical complexity with intuitive, delightful UX.

What You’ll Do:

• Own end-to-end design of key platform experiences, from discovery to delivery and iteration.
• Translate complex technical problems into elegant, testable UX patterns.
• Use user research, usability testing, and data insights to inform design.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished visuals balancing user needs and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to maintain design consistency and evolve our design system.
• Advocate for developer and enterprise user needs, influencing product strategy and roadmaps.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years as a product designer, ideally in Enterprise SaaS or developer-focused tools.
• Strong Figma skills and familiarity with prototyping/AI design tools.
• A portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, problem-solving, and shipped work addressing complex workflows.
• Great communicator and storyteller who can build relationships across cross-functional teams.
• Startup mentality: able to juggle multiple projects and thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Commercial awareness to link design decisions to business goals.
• Lifelong learner eager to grow your design craft.

Compensation:

• $126k–$204k salary range depending on location, plus RSUs, health benefits, and more.
