A U.S.-based tech company is hiring an experienced Product Designer to help shape and scale their platform. In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to research, design, and launch user-centered features that solve real problems. This is a fully remote position for candidates located within the U.S..
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end product design—from research and concept to final UI
- Collaborate with engineers and product managers to bring features to life
- Conduct user research and usability testing to guide design decisions
- Evolve and maintain the company’s design system
- Use customer feedback and product data to shape the design strategy
- Work alongside customer-facing teams to gather insights and improve UX
What They’re Looking For
- 5+ years designing digital products at scale
- Deep experience with design systems and reusable components
- A strong portfolio showing work across the entire design process
- High proficiency in Figma
- Solid understanding of UI, visual, and interaction design principles
- Comfortable running research sessions and usability testing
- Proactive and organized, with strong prioritization and communication skills
