We’re looking for a Product Designer to help shape intuitive, attractive, and user-centered digital experiences. In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams—including product managers, developers, and user researchers—to bring ideas to life and continuously improve the usability of our software products.
What You'll Do
- Apply user-centered design principles to develop interfaces that are both functional and visually engaging.
- Create design assets including wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished mockups to illustrate user flows and product ideas.
- Contribute to and evolve our design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
- Design interactions and animations that enhance user engagement and experience.
- Gather and analyze user feedback through usability testing and iterate based on insights, with a focus on accessibility and inclusivity.
- Partner with teams across product, engineering, and marketing to ensure a seamless and feasible implementation of design solutions.
- Deliver responsive design solutions optimized for different screen sizes and devices.
- Clearly articulate design decisions and concepts to internal stakeholders to align on goals and priorities.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in design, HCI, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience as a product or UX/UI designer, ideally within the tech or digital space.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Familiarity with motion design and animation tools is a plus.
- A portfolio showcasing strong visual design skills and strategic thinking.
