ElevenLabs is a fast-growing startup shaping the future of voice technology. Since launching in January 2023, the company has gained over one million users and partnered with leading publishers, media companies, and game studios—including The New Yorker, The Washington Post, The Atlantic, Paradox, and Cloud Imperium Games.

Backed by top investors and industry leaders from Instagram, Oculus, DeepMind, and Palantir, ElevenLabs combines cutting-edge AI research with a strong product focus. Their team is remote-first and growing globally.

About the Role
As a Product Designer at ElevenLabs, you'll help define how people interact with the next generation of AI voice tools—text-to-speech, audiobooks, dubbing, voice cloning, and more. You’ll work on highly exploratory projects and contribute to shaping intuitive, accessible, and powerful creative tools for creators, publishers, and developers.

This role goes beyond interface design. You'll collaborate closely with engineering and research teams to build thoughtful, production-ready experiences while also helping define long-term vision and product strategy.

What You'll Do

  • Design end-to-end experiences for AI voice and audio workflows
  • Explore complex, new problem spaces with a focus on usability and innovation
  • Collaborate with engineers and researchers to understand constraints and ship high-quality features
  • Partner with leadership on product direction and contribute to core design systems
  • Help define new categories of voice interaction for creative teams and media companies

What They’re Looking For

  • No formal degree or specific years of experience required
  • Strong visual design skills and product thinking
  • A portfolio (even in-progress) that demonstrates how you approach complex design challenges
  • Ability to work across the product lifecycle—from concept to launch
  • Comfortable navigating technical discussions and collaborating across disciplines
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a passion for experimentation and learning

Bonus if you:

  • Have experience in AI, media, or audio tools
  • Are a design-engineering hybrid or have startup/founder experience
  • Enjoy solving ambiguous problems and working in fast-moving environments

What They Offer

  • Stock options — long-term ownership in the company
  • Remote-first team with flexibility around location and schedule
  • Optional in-person hubs in London and soon New York
  • Annual company off-sites (previously held in Portugal and Spain)
  • Opportunity to work with a world-class team building a category-defining product

How to Apply
They welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds and experiences. Sharing a Figma file or personal project is encouraged—even if it’s not polished—especially if it shows how you solve tough problems.
