We’re looking for a versatile Product Designer who can deliver exceptional UX and polished UI, working from initial concept through to high-fidelity designs and prototypes.
This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in a collaborative, agile environment, enjoys balancing design thinking with visual craft, and is comfortable working with flexible guidelines.
What you’ll do:
- Design complete product experiences for web and mobile, from early concepts to pixel-perfect UI.
- Apply usability principles, design thinking, and aesthetics in an iterative, fast-paced workflow.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers.
- Handle both UX flows and high-fidelity visuals (not just wireframes or research).
- Present your work confidently to peers, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Use Figma to create designs, prototypes, and component-based layouts.
What you’ll bring:
- 2–5 years in product design, ideally for complex enterprise SaaS.
- Strong portfolio showing UX and UI work across multiple products.
- Proficiency in Figma (required) and familiarity with Jira.
- Knowledge of agile principles and workflows.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to self-manage and juggle multiple projects.
- Degree in HCI, Graphic Design, or related field (preferred).
- Collaborative, low-ego approach to teamwork.
Bonus skills:
- Experience using generative AI for design research, personas, or prototyping.
- Knowledge of design systems and component-driven design.
- Familiarity with critical event management or emergency management tools.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary range: $94,500 – $126,000 (plus potential variable compensation). Benefits include healthcare, dental, mental health resources, disability coverage, life insurance, 401(k) + match, paid time off, and fitness reimbursements.
