Kyivstar.Tech is seeking a Product Designer to collaborate on the creation of a large-scale SaaS CRM platform. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary product team, working alongside product managers, business analysts, engineers, and QA specialists to craft user-friendly workflows for desktop, tablet, and mobile experiences. You’ll contribute directly to shared KPIs and help define the future of enterprise-level tools used by both internal teams and external clients.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead product designer within a full-stack product team.
- Manage the entire design process—from defining problems and researching user needs to creating concepts and final deliverables.
- Conduct interviews and other research to identify workflows, challenges, and opportunities within the CRM context.
- Create and test prototypes (low- to high-fidelity), applying user feedback to refine designs.
- Deliver polished UI/UX designs for multi-step processes on different devices.
- Partner with developers during implementation and oversee design QA for quality assurance.
- Use and contribute to our design system, expanding it when needed.
- Evaluate design effectiveness using analytics and user feedback.
- Balance user needs with technical and business constraints.
- Optionally experiment with AI design tools to speed up research, ideation, or prototyping.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in product design within SaaS or B2B environments (CRM experience is a plus).
- Proven track record of managing the full UX process.
- Skilled in responsive design for complex workflows.
- Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
- Experience with research methods such as interviews and usability testing.
- (Bonus) Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows.
- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Intermediate or higher proficiency in English and Ukrainian.
