This job is curated by UX Remote Talent from external sources. We are not affiliated with the employer.

PolicyMe is on a mission to modernize insurance — making it simpler, more accessible, and customer-first. The insurance industry is a $1T market that’s barely touched by digital transformation, and we’re here to change that.

As a remote-first, Toronto-based startup, we’re looking for a Product Designer, Webflow with strong visual design, UX, and Webflow expertise to take full ownership of our marketing website. You’ll design in Figma, build in Webflow, and continuously optimize our site to drive growth, brand trust, and conversions.

This is a highly autonomous role where you’ll define the first impression for every PolicyMe visitor.

What you’ll do

  • Own the full design and development of PolicyMe’s marketing website.
  • Design clean, component-driven pages and templates in Figma.
  • Build and maintain pages in Webflow (CMS + custom templates).
  • Partner with Growth, SEO, and Performance Marketing teams to deliver high-quality landing pages and campaigns.
  • Ensure all pages are responsive, accessible, and conversion-friendly.
  • Evolve our design system and reusable patterns.
  • Run lightweight UX research, A/B testing, and performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with external developers/agencies on advanced builds.
  • Support SEO and content goals with scalable layouts and engagement-focused components.
  • Experiment with interactive and AI-enabled features to improve user experience.

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years as a Product Designer / UX/UI Designer, ideally with content-heavy sites.
  • Proven hands-on Webflow expertise (beyond CMS entry).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing clean, user-focused, conversion-aware design.
  • Proficiency in Figma, with experience in responsive and accessible design.
  • Ability to make light HTML/CSS updates.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive problem-solver who takes projects from concept to launch.

Nice to have:

  • Startup or high-growth environment experience.
  • Familiarity with SEO, CRO, and A/B testing.
  • Knowledge of paid media landing page design.
  • Basic technical SEO understanding.

Why join us

  • 20 vacation days (Generous PTO).
  • Stock options + comprehensive benefits plan.
  • Remote-first team with company-paid socials + optional Toronto office.
  • Learning & development budget, bi-annual performance reviews, and continuous feedback.
  • Work in a collaborative, empathetic, and ambitious team.
