Nametag is seeking an experienced Product Designer to help lead the design process for our secure identity verification and account protection platform. This role involves creating end-to-end design solutions, from UX flows to production-ready assets, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Design user interactions for the mobile app, web developer console, and marketing site
  • Develop UX flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and production-ready designs
  • Create visual imagery, graphics, and brand assets for multiple touchpoints
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve product design
  • Contribute to proof-of-concept (POC) projects with prospective and existing customers
  • Suggest improvements based on data, experiments, and user feedback
  • Support engineers and product managers during implementation
  • Help maintain and evolve the existing design system and brand approach

Qualifications
You don’t need to meet every requirement to apply, but ideally you have:

  • Strong experience with design tools (Figma preferred; Sketch or others acceptable)
  • Ability to create design guides, wireframes, and mockups
  • A user-focused approach to design, balancing UX with visual quality
  • Experience refining designs based on feedback and running design experiments
  • Ability to apply subtle animations for better user guidance
  • Strong communication skills for working with remote teams and external agencies
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus
  • Self-directed work style, with the ability to manage your own projects and timelines

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $100,000 – $140,000 (based on experience)
