The Role
We’re looking for a Product Designer to help shape and elevate the experience of our customer-facing dashboard for small and medium business (SMB) lenders. You’ll work closely with users, product managers, UX researchers, and engineers to solve UI/UX challenges and create innovative design solutions.
This is a role for a creative thinker with strong aesthetic sense, curiosity about AI tools, and a collaborative mindset. You’ll influence the Ocrolus customer experience by conducting user research, proposing design solutions, building prototypes, and partnering with the SMB Product team to ensure our users enjoy every interaction with our AI-powered tools.
Responsibilities
- Design clean, intuitive, and data-driven interfaces for SMB lenders.
- Lead the creation of UX artifacts: personas, user journeys, wireframes, task flows, information architecture, interaction patterns, and visual designs.
- Generate product UI/UX concepts informed by customer needs.
- Identify and solve design challenges for platform verifiers across different regions.
- Build functional prototypes to test and validate ideas.
- Maintain brand and visual consistency across products.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to translate business goals into engaging digital experiences.
- Participate in Design Sprints or other UX workshops as needed.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience designing digital products or web applications.
- Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, AI assistants in design software) to enhance workflows.
- Proficient with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Familiarity with Agile processes and JIRA.
- Deep understanding of UX design principles and design thinking.
- Ability to oversee the delivery process, ensuring quality from design to implementation.
- Strong skills in visual communication and information presentation.
- Ability to translate business objectives into user-centered experiences.
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability.
- Portfolio demonstrating digital problem-solving, usability, and visual design skills.
