The Role
We’re seeking a Product Designer to create innovative, user-centered solutions across our platform. You’ll work on a small, diverse team and collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success. Your work will span the full user lifecycle—from research and ideation to design, testing, and implementation.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the solution development process for product requirements
  • Create process flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups
  • Lead usability studies and user testing
  • Collaborate with engineers and product managers to design interactions, interfaces, and functionality
  • Ensure CareMessage branding is consistent across all digital projects
  • Maintain and evolve our Design System for efficiency and consistency
  • Partner with internal teams and customers to identify needs, test designs, and improve the user experience
  • Set, track, and report key UX metrics

Who You Are

  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Collaborative and empathetic, able to understand and communicate user and team needs
  • Experienced in designing SaaS B2B products, ideally in healthcare technology
  • Comfortable engaging with customers and technical teams
  • Curious, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product design for a SaaS company
  • Proven experience designing effective web-based products for B2B users
  • Modern digital portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design and visual consistency
  • Proficiency in Figma (or similar vector-based design tools like Sketch)

What Success Looks Like

  • Within 1 month: Learn the product, understand users, and get familiar with the design system
  • Within 3 months: Collaborate on customer-driven solutions, track UX KPIs, and iterate on designs
  • Within 6 months: Own a core product area, contribute to design strategy, and influence roadmap priorities
