Now, we’re looking for our next Product Designer to join the team.
What You’ll Do
As a Product Designer at AlGooru, you’ll be part of our Product tribe, shaping the experience for both tutors and learners. Your work will directly impact how thousands of people interact with our platform.
In your first months, you’ll:
- Design and launch 6+ new product features across the Tutor App and New Ventures
- Reduce tutor confusion and complaints by 20% through improved UX workflows and usability testing
- Add 10+ components to our centralized Figma design system
Your day-to-day will include:
- Designing intuitive mobile and web interfaces
- Conducting UX research (interviews, usability testing, and feedback loops)
- Translating requirements into wireframes, mockups, and polished UI in Figma
- Collaborating with product managers and engineers for smooth delivery
- Expanding and maintaining the shared design system
- Leading design QA, gathering feedback, and iterating quickly
- Staying up to date with UI/UX trends and best practices
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years in Product Design or UI/UX
- Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design work
- Proficiency in Figma, design systems, and prototyping tools
- Solid foundations in visual and interaction design
- Experience with education, SaaS, or mobile-first products is a plus
- Data-informed mindset with a usability-first approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
