Kodara is developing a platform that helps experts package their knowledge into an AI-powered product—designed to deliver practical outcomes rather than endless content.
We’re a small, ambitious team working on an emerging opportunity in the $4.5 trillion digital labor industry. Now, we’re looking for our first Product Designer to help us shape the future of the Kodara platform.
The Role: Founding Product Designer
This is a unique opportunity to be the very first designer on the team. You’ll work closely with our CEO (Lucas) and CTO (Andrei) to define the user experience and translate complex ideas into a product that feels clear, intuitive, and empowering.
Our clients are coaches and consultants who often feel overwhelmed by fragmented systems and AI tools that don’t fully meet their needs. Your goal will be to design a product that feels reliable, seamless, and genuinely useful.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design process: From research and journey mapping to wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes.
- Make complexity simple: Turn sophisticated AI concepts (knowledge graphs, workflows, and autonomous agents) into interfaces that are easy to understand.
- Collaborate on strategy: Work closely with the CEO on product direction and with the CTO to ensure feasibility of your designs.
- Research with users: Conduct interviews and testing to understand customer pain points and validate solutions.
- Create the foundation: Build and maintain a design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
About You
- You’re an experienced Product Designer with a portfolio that shows strong work on SaaS products.
- You’re fluent in modern design tools (Figma or similar) and user-centered design methods.
- You’re curious about AI and excited by the challenge of designing for emerging technologies.
- You think strategically and can communicate design decisions clearly.
- You’re comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment and motivated by the chance to make a big impact.
