Vailent is a subsidiary of Vinmar, created to reimagine how polymers are bought and sold. We’re building a technology-enabled B2B marketplace that offers buyers and sellers a faster, more transparent, and more efficient way to do business. Our platform empowers Vinmar’s global network while driving digital innovation in an industry that has seen little change.

The Role

As a Product Designer, you’ll work across research, UX, and UI, collaborating with product managers and engineers to design solutions for complex workflows—such as quoting, ordering, storefronts, chat, and CRM-like features. You’ll have the chance to own major features early, learn from a seasoned team, and gain valuable experience solving complex user problems.
What You’ll Do
- Turn research into designs: Conduct user research and translate insights into practical solutions.
- Design end-to-end: Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI for new and existing workflows.
- Collaborate across teams: Work closely with PMs and engineers from discovery through launch.
- Shape our design system: Build and maintain a consistent, scalable design framework.
- Iterate quickly: Test, gather feedback, and refine designs in real-world use.

- Portfolio demonstrating clear design thinking, systems approach, and shipped products.
- Proficiency in Figma and other modern design tools.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, collaborative environment with high ownership.
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.
