Deblock is building a fintech product where banking, crypto, and design come together to create user-friendly financial experiences. The team is small and collaborative, giving designers the chance to make a visible impact from day one.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a Product Designer who enjoys turning complex problems into intuitive solutions. In this role, you’ll work closely with product owners, engineers, and our creative director to design features that balance usability, aesthetics, and functionality.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the full design process: discovery, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI.
- Translate complexity into clear, easy-to-use flows.
- Collaborate across teams to define and improve product features.
- Contribute to and evolve our design system.
- Monitor how your designs perform and iterate for improvements.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience working as a Product Designer with Figma.
- A portfolio that shows your design process (academic, freelance, or personal projects welcome).
- Strong UX thinking and understanding of user behavior.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Atomic Design methodology.
- Curiosity and drive to learn quickly.
- Strong sense of accountability and initiative.
