Requirements
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Figma
- A portfolio (academic, freelance, or personal projects all welcome—we care about your process and thinking)
- Strong UX foundations and a good sense of user behavior
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Atomic Design methodology
- Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn quickly
- A sense of accountability and ownership
What you’ll do
- Lead the full design cycle: discovery, wireframing, prototyping, and polished UI
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineers, and the Creative Director on new features
- Translate complex challenges into user-friendly, intuitive flows
- Contribute to and expand our design system, balancing quality with speed
- Track and refine designs based on real-world feedback
