The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who can blend creativity with strategic thinking to deliver outstanding user experiences. You’ll join client teams as a consultant, helping them define product direction, design intuitive interfaces, and align user needs with business goals.
This role begins as an hourly contract position on a client project. If the collaboration is successful, there’s an opportunity to extend or transition into a long-term contract.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end product design, from discovery and research to prototyping and final UI design
- Collaborate directly with clients, product managers, developers, and other designers
- Conduct user testing and validation to inform design decisions
- Develop and maintain design systems for scalable and consistent interfaces
- Present design work, gather feedback, and iterate quickly
- Manage your schedule independently and deliver on agreed project goals
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of professional experience in product or UX design
- Strong portfolio showcasing impactful design work, ideally for enterprise clients
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and familiarity with other design tools
- Excellent communication skills in English — both written and verbal
- Experience working in consulting or agency environments is a plus
- Self-directed and organized, with a strong sense of accountability
Location requirement: Must be based in or near Latin America, with at least 6 hours of workday overlap with US Central Time (CT). Occasional travel may be required but is rare.
