CareMessage empowers healthcare organizations to connect with and support vulnerable patients across the U.S. We are a product-led SaaS company focused on creating tools that improve patient engagement and outcomes.

The Role

We’re seeking a Product Designer to craft innovative, user-centered solutions for our application. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to design experiences that delight our users and help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

  • Own the design process from ideation through delivery for core product areas
  • Create process flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
  • Lead and run usability studies to validate design decisions
  • Collaborate with engineers and product managers to ensure seamless interactions
  • Maintain and evolve the Design System for consistency and efficiency
  • Ensure CareMessage branding is applied consistently across digital experiences
  • Collect user feedback and contribute insights to product strategy
  • Track and report on key UX KPIs

You Are

  • A self-starter who is curious, empathetic, and collaborative
  • Experienced with B2B SaaS product design (3+ years)
  • Skilled in Figma or similar modern design tools
  • Comfortable working directly with customers and cross-functional teams
  • Able to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
  • Passionate about improving healthcare experiences for patients

What to Expect

1 month: Learn the product, users, and tools.
3 months: Design solutions for urgent customer needs, collaborate with internal teams, and track UX KPIs.
6 months: Own design execution for core product areas, contribute to strategy, and inform roadmap decisions.
