Role Summary

We’re seeking a Product Designer to craft intuitive, engaging experiences for our barber management and booking products. You’ll simplify complex workflows, evolve our design system, and contribute to consistent, user-centered design across web and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Design key product features from concept to delivery
  • Advocate for SQUIRE users, ensuring designs meet real-world needs
  • Contribute to the evolution of our internal design system
  • Conduct usability testing and gather insights from users
  • Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers
  • Translate workflows into clear diagrams and assets
  • Support marketing and engagement teams with design assets

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in product design or similar roles
  • Strong proficiency in Figma and collaborative design tools
  • Experience with prototyping and usability testing
  • Solid understanding of interaction design and responsive layouts
  • Portfolio showcasing web and mobile app design
  • Ability to communicate design decisions clearly

Nice to have: Experience with B2B SaaS, design systems, or motion design (After Effects)
