Role Summary
We’re seeking a Product Designer to craft intuitive, engaging experiences for our barber management and booking products. You’ll simplify complex workflows, evolve our design system, and contribute to consistent, user-centered design across web and mobile platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design key product features from concept to delivery
- Advocate for SQUIRE users, ensuring designs meet real-world needs
- Contribute to the evolution of our internal design system
- Conduct usability testing and gather insights from users
- Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers
- Translate workflows into clear diagrams and assets
- Support marketing and engagement teams with design assets
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in product design or similar roles
- Strong proficiency in Figma and collaborative design tools
- Experience with prototyping and usability testing
- Solid understanding of interaction design and responsive layouts
- Portfolio showcasing web and mobile app design
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly
Nice to have: Experience with B2B SaaS, design systems, or motion design (After Effects)
