The Role
We’re hiring a Product Designer to craft seamless, intelligent workflows for how energy and manufacturing deals are negotiated, underwritten, and closed on Crux.
You’ll design collaboration and workflow tools powered by LLM-driven automation and rich data — helping lawyers, investors, lenders, and developers work more efficiently. You’ll partner closely with product managers, engineers, and customer teams to turn complex financial processes into simple, human-centered experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Own the UX for key workflows such as contract drafting and deal underwriting.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer teams to remove friction and improve usability.
- Iterate quickly based on user feedback and live product data.
- Use internal and market data to inform design decisions.
- Contribute to company-wide improvements in design, process, and product thinking.
What You Bring
- 5–8 years of UX or product design experience.
- Strong portfolio showing B2B product design and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with complex systems (finance, operations, or industrial tools).
- Comfort designing LLM-powered or data-intensive products.
- Proficiency in Figma and modern UX methods.
- Startup mindset: adaptable, proactive, and collaborative.
- Passion for sustainability and the clean economy.
