We’re looking for a Product Designer who can bring clarity, creativity, and thoughtfulness to our digital experience. If you enjoy solving complex problems, working collaboratively, and having real impact on product direction, this role is an excellent fit.
What You’ll Do
- Create high-quality, user-centered designs that support business goals and elevate the product experience.
- Turn complex ideas and data into clear, intuitive interfaces for web.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure alignment and consistency across the platform.
- Maintain and evolve the Design System and support optimization initiatives, including CRO and user testing.
What You’ll Need
- 4+ years of experience in Product Design or UI/UX Design.
- A strong portfolio of launched projects.
- Expertise in Figma and mobile-first design principles.
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to combine creative thinking with a data-informed approach.
Bonus Skills
- Experience with conversion-focused design and analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar, etc.).
- Motion design, prototyping, or basic HTML/CSS skills.
- Experience with design systems or mentoring other designers.
- Interest in AI tools or workflow automation.
